I always dream big for my kids. If I have a choice, I'd rather have them run their own company than work for somebody else. This led me to a bright idea one Christmas holiday. Since we're fond of eating and all recipes are laid out on the web, we decided to come up with a project. We will bake pastries and sell it to friends, and whoever achieves the highest sales record will take the family's money pot. So every year, my kids would save from their allowances getting ready for the Christmas selling contest. To date, my boy Raymond has a thousand dollar account from his winnings.
